Costa Rica (meaning Rich Coast in Spanish) is a country in Central America between Nicaragua and Panama. This small country is rich in both wildlife and culture, and has a dedication to peace not matched by many other nations.

Official language- Spanish

Religion- Though Catholicism is the declared religion of the country, other religions are accepted and practiced

     Roman Catholic: 71.8%

     Evangelical and Pentecostal: 12.3%

     Other Protestant: 2.6%,

     Jehovah's Witness: 0.5% 

     Other: 2.4%

     None: 10.4%
